DACA RENEWAL

Payment of $605 ($520 filing fee + $85 biometrics fee). USCIS requires payment by credit/debit card using Form G-1450 or by bank account using Form G-1650. Paper payments, such as checks, are generally no longer accepted unless an exception applies.

VAWA/U Visa/T VISA

Proof of legal status and proof of relationship if abuser is an immediate relative and a lawful permanent resident or US citizen

Form of identification
If you believe you have a U Visa case, you should bring any available documentation related to the crime or incident, such as a complete report from the appropriate police department or the Department of Children and Family Services. You may also bring court documents related to the incident, including restraining orders or other records filed directly with the court.

- Passport(s) you have used to travel after you became a permanent resident

- Marriage or divorce certificate, if applicable
TEMPORARY PROTECTIVE STATUS (TPS) RENEWAL
