Good Afternoon

I am an Algerian citizen living outside USA in my country Algeria between Tunisia and Morocco .

I have a case of judgment under FL Divorce before the LA Court 111 N hill st LA CA 90012 .

The case has been unlawfully entered by an illegal default , acordingly to the Ca courts laws,

the default can be granted only when the defendant doesn t respond to court , while that i responded

to court with the appropriate form at the required time , but my response was rejected by the clerk

of court for reason of Non Payement of court fees while that I am a defendant and i do not agree with

the divorce , and more I was seriousely tortured physically and morally , then I was a victim of human

trafficking , and while that i have evidence and serious proofs to show that the marriage

certificate was used for servitude b y the petitioner , the marriage has been occured in LAS VEGAS.

I have a notarized document signbed by the petitioner in person who did not recognize the marriage

as example i rfeceived notarised F1 document , for applying for new student visa .

I was betrayed and almost destroyed because i felt to be betrayed again by the Court’s clerk because

I received many notices justifying my Non paymentof court fees then the clerk has been blocing all

my correpondances with Court and leaving the petitioner to declare wrong informations like the

dates and other information because as i said i am not agreeing and not accepting the such

unjustice planned and well programmed against me by the clerk JOHN A CLARK and petitioner

and the US Consular officer in my country who also not only refused me 5 Non immigrant visa for

my appearance in person at the court trial and the consul affirmed me that there is no a justice for me

in USA for reason of my race and origin . I filed many complaints with the federal circuit agains the

consul in Algeria but all my complaints were dismissed because the US Consul has a special immunity

sovereign tghaht allowed him to ban me deliberately from hearing and defense and to protect the

petitioner to be free to declare what she wants anbd courts was hearing and accepting all what is

declared by petitioner and then the c ourt enteredthe wrong default by discrimination based on my

race and originin conclusion even if i want get rest and to end with these nightmares that destroyed

my health , i see that I do have right to claim for damages and div ision of property accordingly to the

ca laws As the bills of rights to Ca constitution which states that – a person may not be disqualified to

enter California for business of justice , and as Being required to appear before the court if i wants

how cause regarding the Nulllity judgment while that i have evidence , IT is clear that Ca court

betrayed me and it has caused the one of the unjustice that no human person can accept the such

judgment based on fraud and discrimination and court is not allowed to violate its own laws and

constitution and local rules for defending and proptecting the petitioner unless if the US Consular

officer was true, in this case , the US Consulis above the ca court judgment then at least it is clearly

that the judgment is a nullity and i am demanding the court to end its racist actions and to leave me

alone .I am suffering since 2003 , i sent around 1000 claims claiming for my rights under the ca laws

and under the federal constitution which is the highest law of the land and it overrules all otherlower

lawsI am so sorry , my english is not good and im in very hard health situation since 2003 , these

actions caused me serious depression , here is what these have won .
