CARECEN offers numerous services and programs to the Pico Union and Koreatown communities. All services are no-fee and provide vital resources and opportunites for the families of this community. |||| Immigration & Legal provides no-fee representation and consultation for immigration court proceedings and procedures. The legal department is an advocate for immigration rights, and holds free seminars on legal issues, your rights, and current changes in immigration law. |||| Technology & Education provides no-fee after school programs for youth, focusing on technology education, interdisciplinary art, literacy and youth leadership. To foster communication, the education department hosts family intergration nights and sponsors an inter-ethnic youth leadership developent program. |||| Civic & Cultural Participation promotes community leadership and civic involvement. We continually petition lawmakers on belalf of the community to support CARECEN's permanent residency campaign. Likewise, we offer citizenship seminars, community development initatives & ESL classes.
